Phones:
Hard wire phones are not provided in the cottages.
Cell phone wireless service is available for most Verison, Cell One and AT&T users. Sprint wireless service usually is not available.

Wireless High Speed Internet Access:
High speed wireless access is available all over the resort. A password is required and available at check in. Free service is limited to basic e-mail and web browsing.
Playing on line movies and video games require purchase of additional band width.

We are not a hardware provider and we do not offer tech support. We recommend you purchase your own equipment. You can purchase a wireless network adapter at most office and computer stores. You are on your own with tech support. Any wireless adapter you use at Fern River must be 2.4 Ghz, IEEE802.11B compliant.
