Tables and chairs for up to 110 guests. (Additional can be rented from outside vendor)
2 at event site, one in each cabin. Note: cottage 15 at wedding site has ADA improvements and can host any guests with ambulatory needs.
Depends on package type. 25 cars onsite with any package. Additional parking with all-inclusive package.

Small kitchen in most cottages + outdoor BBQ at each cabin.
Lushly Landscaped grounds, Private River Beach, Towering Redwoods, Handmade felled fire damaged Redwood Gazebo.
20x 30 aggregate patio. Lit up by café lighting, Custom color choice LED garden lighting, and music reactive dance floor lighting.
Brides Dressing Area:
Dependent on package. All-inclusive package can host any cabin she prefers. Hourly package requires Cottage 15 onsite event area bosting a huge bathroom .
15 cabins of various sizes, can accommodate up to 60 guests total. Cottage rentals have minimum stay requirements of 3 to 7 nights dependent on date.
Outdoor Night Lighting
Grounds are Lit. You can also choose the color scheme of up lighting effects on trees and throughout gardens. Cafe lighting in both Gazebo Garden and River Overlook area .Nylon lanterns in limited colors if requested. Also includes dance floor lighting and moving spots.

Clean up Bridal Party
Detailed cleaning requirements in contract and kitchen cleaning specifications provided to client and catering.
Jaccuzi Spa, picnic areas, 2 hour free Wi Fi available, Private river beach, community campfire ring, ping pong table, badminton court, tether ball, horse shoe pit, State park across the river.
Half of the estimated event total is required at contract signing to hold your date and must be paid by check. The balance is due by check or money order 30 days prior to your event. A $1,500 to $3,000 security deposit is due 30 days before your event and will be returned 4 weeks following your event and after the property and items provided have been inspected for damage. In the event of additional damage, or contract breech an itemized bill will be provided. Accommodations require separate deposits and follow group policy found on our policy page.
In the event of a cancellation for any reason of a special event, all payments made to date are nonrefundable. Client is responsible for any fees associated with canceling individual vendors. Advance payments are non-transferable.
